Direction for use:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: in cases of mild nervous tension: 1-2 tablets a day. As a sleep aid: 1 tablet one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Excessive consumption may produce laxative e ects.
