5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Under Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods online. However, specific legal exceptions apply to our products.

Hygiene and Health Exception: Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to nutritional supplements or food products if the protective seal or packaging has been broken or opened. To be eligible for a return within the 14-day window, the product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all factory seals intact. If we receive a returned product with a broken seal, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Defective Goods (Reklamationsrätt): If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, you have the right to file a complaint (reklamera) under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) for up to 3 years. Please contact us immediately at sales@vikingforce.se with your order number and photos of the defect.
