-It contains magnesium lactate with addition of vitamin B6, which facilitates the absorption of magnesium ions. The product’s active ingredients contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to a normal functioning of the nervous system, to a normal psychological function. Magnesium helps in a normal muscle function, in a normal protein synthesis and contributes the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium supplementation is especially recommended: for people who drink coffee and strong tea; in states of irritability and body fatigue; during increased physical and mental effort; for muscle relaxation (eg at night spasms).

Direction for use:
