Direction for use:

Take 2 capsules 2 times daily morning and evening.

Ingredients:

Calcium-HMB (Calcium B-Hydroxy B-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate). Inactive ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin, purified water, zinc oxide), filler (maltodextrin), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, egg and wheat (gluten) proteins.
