Direction for use:

Take 2 – 4 g (½ – 1 scoop) mixed with cold water or your favorite beverage. Consume one serving per day 20-30 minutes before training. On rest days take 1 serving 1-2 times a day, preferably between meals. For best results, use the product continuously for at least 8 weeks after which a break of 2-3 weeks is recommended. Some individuals may notice a tingling and reddening of the skin sensation which is harmless and attributed to beta-alanine.
