This element also contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, including fatty acids and carbohydrates. Zinc is crucial in normal protein synthesis, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails and skin. Zinc contributes to normal metabolism of vitamin A, which is related to the maintenance of normal vision. Zinc strengthens the immune system and protects cells against oxidative stress. Copper contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the nervous system, to normal hair and skin pigmentation, to normal iron transport in the body.

Direction for use:
