Direction for use:

Mix two heaping scoops (100g) of powder with 300ml and consume immediately after preparation. Take 1-2 servings daily over a period of 2-3 months: 1 serving 1 hour before training and 1 serving 1 hour after training.

Carbohydrate Mix (maltodextrin, dextrose monohydrate), Protein Mix (whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, total milk protein), low fat cocoa powder (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin) – only for Chocolate flavour, anti-caking agents (tricalcium phosphate, sillicon dioxide), Vitamin and Mineral Mix (trisodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, tricalcium citrate, vitamin C, trimagnesium citrate, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamine, vitamin B12, folic acid), flavours, acidifier (citric acid) – only for Blueberry flavour, coloring agent (copper chlorophylline for Pistacio flavour; carmine and spirulina extract for Blueberry flavours), thickening agent (xanthan gum), Digezyme® multienzyme complex (alpha-amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfam potassium).
