Direction for use:

For adults, take one capsule three times daily, preferably with a meal.

Ingredients:

Safflower oil (80% Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)), softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).

Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, egg and wheat (gluten) proteins.
