Direction for use:

Mix 2 heaping scoops (~100 g) with 4 dl water or milk and shake for 30 seconds. Take one serving after training and as a snack if you have a high energy demand.

Flavours:

vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cherry, blueberry, peach, banana, coconut,   apple, coffee.

Ingredients:

Maltodextrin,  protein mix (whey protein concentrate, skimmed milk powder, milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, egg albumin), low fat cocoa powder (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin ) – for chocolate and coffee flavour, creatine monohydrate, taurine, dextrose monohydrate, flavours, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfam potassium), vitamins and minerals (calcium carbonate, ascorbic acid, nicotinamide -vitamin B3, calcium D-panthetonate – vitamin B5, riboflavin-vitamin B2, pirydoxine hydrochloride -vitamin B6, riboflavin – vitam B2, thiamine mononitrate – vitamin B1, ciancobalamine -vitamin B12, pteroylmonoglutamic acid – Vitamin B9,  colours (carmine (for strawberry, cherry, blueberry and peach flavour), riboflavin (for peach and pineapple flavours), copper clorophylline (for apple flacour)).
