Beta-alanine, L-histidine, di-potassium phosphate, di-sodium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Directions for use:

One serving is 2 scoops (approx. 6 g) mixed with cold water or your favorite beverage. Mix or shake thoroughly for 15-20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. Consume one serving per day 20-30 minutes before training. product is formulated with ingredients that absorb moisture and can lead to clumping of the powder. This is normal and the product may be consumed. Some individuals may notice a tingling and reddening of the skin sensation which is harmless and attributed to beta-alanine.

Not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is intended for only 18 years of age or older. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
